Turning education engagement into measurable impact and workforce readiness
Our intelligent education outreach management platform goes beyond simply managing and issuing digital credentials. It empowers industry and government to collaborate meaningfully with education and emerging talent sources.
By enabling comprehensive data collection, analysis, reporting and talent pipeline activation and management, the platform helps partners track the impact and return on their education program investments and build those important relationships with their future workforce.

The Value Framework
Turning education programme outcomes into measurable value
The Value Framework – a breakthrough in measuring the real impact of education programs supported and sponsored by industry and government.
Our data-driven methodology transforms complex social and economic outcomes into clear, actionable insights. With metrics like the Total Program Value Score and Program Efficiency Score, you can demonstrate tangible returns, validate investments, and optimise for equity and inclusivity.
Designed for industry, government, and education partners, the Value Framework ensures every initiative delivers measurable growth, stronger pathways, and meaningful community impact.

Partnership Readiness Index (PRI)
Data-led insights to strengthen partnerships between education, industry, and government
The Partnership Readiness Index (PRI) is a breakthrough tool for understanding schools’ capacity to collaborate with industry and government.
Using an AI-supported methodology, PRI transforms publicly available school data into clear, measurable insights. These insights enable industry and government to identify opportunities, target investment, and engage with schools confidently and strategically.
Data is presented through an interactive dashboard, viewable at an individual school level or aggregated across education systems and geographic regions.
The PRI is built on a simple principle: the better prepared schools are to engage with local industries, the more likely students and young people will align their career aspirations with sectors investing in education programmes—helping them stay and thrive in their communities.
Importantly, PRI is not about singling out schools that struggle to collaborate. It’s about identifying those that need support and learning from those that excel.

Teacher Resources
Integrating educators and industry to design impactful, compliant learning experiences.
Through our Pilot Learning Experiences Framework, we act as the integrator—bringing educators and your team together to co-create teacher-ready resources that showcase your brand, culture, technology, and career opportunities.
From classroom lessons and digital resources to incursions, excursions, and competitions, we collaborate with our network of learning designers and technology partners to design, pilot, and deploy engaging, compliant learning experiences. These experiences connect students with real-world skills while measuring social, economic, and equity value—for learners and for your organisation as the programme sponsor.

Is measuring and maximising your education programs investments a challenge?

EducationNetworks
The smarter way for industry and government to collaborate with schools
EducationNetworks.com.au provides a central hub for industry and government sponsors to coordinate, promote, deploy, measure, and manage teacher resources and education outreach programmes. It streamlines engagement by consolidating the complex compliance requirements of education systems—such as data capture, evaluation, privacy, and security.
This approach reduces the risks often associated with early education investment while unlocking untapped value through smarter collaboration. Education Network Hubs can be established under a national brand or developed with their own local, regional, or industry-specific identity—retaining all platform features and safeguards while offering the flexibility to reflect their unique focus.

Net Z(ed) - A Collaboration to Inspire Our Future
Making Net Zero part of everyday learning
In 2024, MCB Business Partners collaborated with the Commonwealth Government of Australia to pilot an innovative approach to accelerate Australia’s Net Zero transition as a classroom conversation. The Net Z(ed) Programme uses proven methodologies and technology to bring practical awareness of Net Zero, climate change, and decarbonisation into schools—helping young Australians make confident decisions about future career pathways.
Following successful pilots with industry, tertiary education, and the NSW Department of Education, Net Z(ed) is now being activated across NSW with government and industry partners driving meaningful change. From 2026, the Net Z(ed) team will deliver Net Zero teacher resources nationwide, alongside in-classroom experiences with industry—ensuring students gain real-world insights and connections to emerging careers.

SustainnovationChallenge
Giving young people a voice in business and community decisions
The Sustainnovation Challenge is MCB Business Partners’ civic innovation programme that amplifies young people’s perspectives in public planning and decision‑making. Originally created as a circuit breaker to help local government work more closely with its education ecosystem, it has evolved into a flexible initiative that can be deployed in varied contexts to engage students meaningfully.
One standout example is Women on Water, a student‑led initiative pitched during the Greater Newcastle Sustainnovation Challenge and supported by the Port of Newcastle. This programme aims to increase female participation in the maritime sector and aligns with the Port’s workforce diversity target (40% women by 2031). It demonstrates how a corporate partner can use Sustainnovation to guide broader social and strategic investments—linking education outreach to careers and community positioning.
In practice, Sustainnovation frames place‑based challenges—such as transitioning economies, liveability, digital equity, and 'jobs for our future'—and delivers short, high‑impact experiences co‑designed with councils, industry, and tertiary partners, turning student insight into actionable inputs for strategy and community outcomes.
